Event Overview


Pre-Arrival Checklist

Everything to confirm, download, and prepare before you arrive in Mallorca.

Once Registered

  • Save your confirmation email — you will need it for app access and any support queries.
  • Book your hotel early — use code CONX2026 at Zafiro Palace Palmanova. Availability is limited.
  • Check visa requirements for Spain (Schengen Area) well in advance of travel.
  • Arrange flights into Palma Airport (PMI) — aim to arrive Monday June 1st at the latest.

One month before — when the app goes live

  • Download Eventsbox by Meetmaps from your app store.
  • Complete your profile — photo, title, company, and a short bio.
  • Browse the attendee list and begin requesting 1-to-1 meetings.
  • Schedule your afternoon pro meeting slots before the best times are taken.

One week before

  • Confirm your transfer from Zafiro Palace Palmanova to the venue on June 2nd.
  • Check the full event schedule in the app — sessions, timings, and meeting locations.
  • Notify the team of any dietary or accessibility requirements if not done at registration.
  • Prepare your Summer Chic outfits for both days — see dress code guidance above.
  • Download the app again to ensure you have the latest version.

On arrival

  • Pick up your badge and welcome pack at registration — bring your confirmation email.
  • Connect to the e-Sim and open the app to check your meeting schedule.
  • Introduce yourself at the welcome desk if you have any last-minute questions.
